Hello, hello, everyone! This week I have something extra special for you! I thought since unicorns have been becoming uber popular and taking over social media, that it was about time that I did a unicorn-themed post. Right? How could it have taken me this long? I have no idea really, but here it is--better late than never!
Item #1 is from stixdesign
I'm not normally a fan of animal wall mounts, but this one has that little something about it. It's whimsical, yet real. You can customize the mount with another color or colors (there are pictures of the mane being rainbow colored), but I really love how the white looks with the gold glittered horn. It's still fun, but also still minimal and would fit in with pretty much any decor.
Item #2 is from CrimsonManeCreations
Do you have a party coming up, or maybe just have a hankering for unicorn cookies? I thought so! This is a take on the unicorn emoji (I haven't located that one yet for some reason!) that turns it into a delicious cookie. You can also use it for fondant. It is reusable, so you can have unicorn sweets time after time after time. The magic will never stop!
Item #3 is from BoooTees
I know, I know. It's technically not a unicorn, but it's a kitty with a unicorn horn! That has to count, right?! This is too darn cute! Cats are magical; unicorns are magical. Put them together and you get a kitticorn!! The shirts from this maker are a medium weight (not to heavy or to light...just right), and the ink is non-toxic and does not crack or peel! I cannot tell you how much I've noticed cracking on some of my shirts at home here recently, but I don't have one of these, so I definitely will be considering this one (I'm ready for some non-cracked shirts)!
Item #4 is from TwinkleTwinkleLilJar
What a better way to put some pep in your step in the AM than coffee in a unicorn mug?! This is a glass, glitter-dipped mug with a cut little unicorn and the words "Unicorn Coffee." What a little more out of a mug. This one is microwave safe and comes in more than one size and style! You can also customize the color of the glitter and the writing. You also do not have to worry about glitter falling off because it is completely sealed. Get your day started off right with this one!
Item #5 is from Cocoshoopla
Look at this! I've found some embroidery for you! Honestly, this reminds me of Disney's Fantasia, where all the pretty centaurettes have flowers in their tails. I always thought they were so pretty (actually it was my favorite part of the movie!). There are different finishes for the hoop (stains and a ribbon edging) and you can customize colors if you need to. This would be a great gift for anyone who loves unicorns or for events such as birthdays and baby showers.
Item #6 is from CompocoPop
Now, this is a special pin. It's a unicorn astronaut! Unicorns are mysterious creatures, and space is endless on the mysteries--this is a perfect combo! The maker of this pin has named the unicorn, "Solaris," which is quite appropriate. You can wear this on your lapel, on a messenger bag, or even stick it into your cork board! Make sure to check out all the other awesome pins in the shop---I'm in love with the cat ones! :D *Putting the cat ones on my want list*
Item #7 is from MyNewFavJewellery
I couldn't not do a post about unicorns and leave it without any jewelry! Granted, most of the unicorn jewelry is more for kids, I did happen to find this geometric unicorn necklace. It's very modern and very minimal but still very on trend. From tip of the tail to the tip of the horn, it is 5 cm long, and the height is about 3.5 cm. Don't like the matte brass? There's a shiny silver plate finish as well!
Item #8 is from CindleBoutique
I'm going to let you in on a little secret about me---I've never really tried a bath bomb. I did try one when we were on vacation at one of the Air BnB places we stayed at but I really didn't get to enjoy it because it was late, and we needed to get to bed. I think I'm ready after looking through the unicorn bath bombs! They're all so dang pretty--almost too pretty to use, but I don't think I could help myself. This bath bomb is a take on the famous Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino that was release for a short time a few months ago. A lot of people loved it (unfortunately I did not try it...I know I know), so it now lives on as a bath bomb. The scent is black raspberry vanilla---mmmm--I bet it smells wonderful. It also has glitter, sprinkles, and a dollop of frothy soap.
Item #9 is from PinkRobotShirts
I LOVE this shirt! It'd be great for working out or just hanging around the house. It's made to be drapy---nice and comfy. I think the phrase ultimately sums up unicorns, "majestic af." If you don't know what the AF means--look it up; I think you'll find it funny (at least I do). The mint is a really nice color too, but there are several options for the color if mint is not your thing ;)
Item #10 is from SugarMilkCo
Through my bath bomb browsing, I of course found two that I really liked. I figured why not share them both? These really look like the Lush ones that I've seen (remember, I really haven't tried bath bombs yet), so I was definitely drawn to the shiny surface. With this one, you get raspberry and strawberry scents with a nice rich vanilla (and a hint of sweet spun sugar). The shop is vegan, handmade, and cruelty free (two thumbs up on that one). Make sure to relax with this 4.6 ounce, colorful, and fun bath luxury!
That's all for this week folks! I hope you all have truly enjoyed this unicorn-inspired posting! I know I had lots of fun browsing for the awesome items you've seen! Have something you want me to do a post about? Drop me a line in the comments!
As always, please make sure to pop on over to your favorite handmade site and show some artists some love!
